Job status & booking detail
What each job status means, and what the booking detail page shows.
Every booking has a connote number, for example CN20260528ALKK. It is your reference for
the job, and the status shows how far it has got.
What each status means

| Draft | Saved, not yet sent to JATT. | You — edit it, then submit it. |
| Pending | Submitted to JATT, waiting to be confirmed. You can still edit it. | JATT |

| Allocated | Assigned to a driver and vehicle. | JATT |
| In Transit | The freight has been collected and is moving. | Driver |
| Delivered | Delivered. | — |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you or by JATT. | — |

Open a booking
Section titled “Open a booking”Click a row on Jobs or on the Dashboard’s Recent Jobs. The page shows your own company’s bookings only.
What the booking page shows
Section titled “What the booking page shows”Shipment
- Status, Service (service level) and Job Type.
- Every stop, in order. A booking with several pickups or deliveries numbers them (Pickup 1, Pickup 2…).
- The pickup date on the first pickup and the delivery date on the last delivery. TBD means no date is set.
- Packages — the number of packages and total weight.
- Your Reference and Instructions, if you entered them.
Price Breakdown
- Each charge on its own line: base rate, fuel levy, addons and surcharges, discounts (in red).
- Subtotal, GST, and Total.
Buttons
- Edit Booking — only while the booking is Draft or Pending.
- Back — returns to the list you came from.
What it doesn’t show yet
Section titled “What it doesn’t show yet”The booking page doesn’t yet show the driver, live location, a timeline of status changes, or proof of delivery. JATT doesn’t yet email you as the status changes. For an update on a job that’s moving, contact your JATT account contact.
