Compliance overview

The morning screen — drivers overdue or blocked, trucks grounded, checks failed today, and the questions failing most.

Compliance → Overview (/operations/compliance/overview) answers the questions you open compliance to ask. The line under the title shows when the figures were taken and how many drivers on a live unit were considered. Click Refresh to reload.

Each tile links to the page with the detail.

TileMeaning
Drivers overdueDrivers who owe at least one check right now.
Blocked from workDrivers who owe a check set to stop the work. They cannot carry on in the app until it is done.
Trucks groundedUnits with an open critical defect. They cannot start a run.
Failed todayChecks with the outcome fail today. Opens Submissions filtered to failures.

A green number is zero. Amber or red means something to act on.

  • Drivers overdue — each driver, how many checks they owe (blocking if any of them stops work), and Why: which check and the reason it is due, such as never completed or last done yesterday.
  • Trucks that should not go out — each unit with its count of Critical, Major and Minor open defects. Follow Defects → to deal with them.
  • Failing most, last 14 days — the questions failing most often, with the count and the fail rate. A question that keeps failing usually points at a truck or a habit, not a one-off.
  • Policy in force — whether an override document is active, its version, how many overrides it holds, and any expiring soon. When an override expires, the original rule applies again, with no further warning. See Overrides.

Drivers and units are shown by their ID number.
