Welcome. This manual covers two audiences:
- Admin Guide — for everyone working inside the Operations Portal: dispatchers, ops managers, finance, support. Topics include jobs, dispatch and load planning, quoting, pallet control, invoicing and credit notes, rate cards, customers, drivers and fleet, compliance checks, and settings.
- Customer Guide — for customers using the Customer Portal: the dashboard, booking and editing jobs, tracking deliveries, and responding to quotes.
