Transit time profiles
Reusable delivery lead-time profiles that rate cards inherit, with per-lane overrides.
Transit time profiles define delivery lead times per lane and are reused across rate cards. Set the days once in a profile, and every card that inherits it quotes those lead times — no need to re-enter them card by card. Under Rates → Transit Time Profiles.
Profiles and how cards use them
Section titled “Profiles and how cards use them”A rate card can inherit a transit profile. On a rate entry, Profile Default means “use this lane’s days from the card’s profile” — so the transit time flows through automatically.
Per-lane entries
Section titled “Per-lane entries”Inside a profile, set the transit days for each origin → destination lane. That value is the lead time quoted to the customer for that route.
- Open the profile.
- Add a lane (origin zone → destination zone).
- Enter the transit days.
- Save.
Overrides
Section titled “Overrides”When one lane on a card differs from the shared profile, use the Override action on that rate entry to set its own transit days. The override applies only to that entry; every other lane keeps the profile default.
