Document themes
Choosing the look of generated documents — globally, per tenant, or per customer.
Settings → Document Themes (/operations/settings/document-themes). A theme is the look of a generated document — colours, type, spacing and the letterhead. Identity (company name, ABN, logo, footer) is separate, and nothing here changes it.
Available themes
Section titled “Available themes”Each card shows the theme’s Letterhead, Density, Base size and Rule weight, and marks the Default and any Inactive theme. Preview opens a PDF of the sample document in that theme — never a real job, and nothing is saved.
Current assignments
Section titled “Current assignments”Lists every scope that has a theme set, and which theme. A scope with none set uses the default.
Apply a theme
Section titled “Apply a theme”- Applies to — Everyone (global), One tenant (enter the Tenant id) or One customer (enter the Customer id).
- Theme — pick one, or — clear, use the default —.
- Apply.
The most specific assignment wins: customer → tenant → global.
Thermal labels are not themed. They print in black and white, and their layout is fixed.
