The Admin Guide is for everyone who works inside the Operations Portal: dispatchers, ops managers, customer success, finance, and support.
What’s inside
Section titled “What’s inside”- Getting started — Logging in, the sidebar, the topbar, where everything lives.
- Jobs — Creating bookings, managing the Jobs list, PODs, forwarding to iDrv4.
- Dispatch — The dispatch board, suggestions, units and changeovers, the load plan, manifests, and the command centre.
- Quotes — Creating quotes (full or quick FTL), templates, and what happens when a customer accepts.
- Pallet control — Hire accounts, exchange dockets, custody, declarations and reconciliation.
- Invoices — Turning delivered jobs into invoices, payments, sending, and credit notes.
- Rate cards — How rate cards, customers, zones, service levels and addons price a booking.
- Dangerous goods — Capturing DG on a booking, and the class and type registers shared with iDrv4.
- Customers — Customer records, sites, portal access, archiving and deleting.
- Drivers and Fleet — Driver records and app logins, vehicles and transport configurations.
