Dashboard
Your job counts, recent jobs, the deliveries map, and arranging the dashboard widgets.
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. Everything on it is your own company’s bookings only.
The four counts
Section titled “The four counts”| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Pending Jobs | Bookings in Draft or Pending. They still need you, or JATT, to act. |
| Active Jobs | Bookings that are Confirmed, Allocated or In Transit. |
| Delivered (30d) | Bookings marked Delivered that were created in the last 30 days. |
| Total Spent | The total of all your bookings, excluding cancelled ones. |
Total Spent adds up booking totals, not invoices. It includes bookings that are still in draft or have not been delivered yet.
Recent Jobs
Section titled “Recent Jobs”Your five newest bookings, with connote number, route, status, pickup date and amount. Click a row, or its eye icon, to open the booking detail. View all opens the Jobs list.
Recent Deliveries
Section titled “Recent Deliveries”A map of those same five bookings. Each pin sits at the delivery suburb and is coloured by status: amber for draft or pending, blue for confirmed, allocated or in transit, green for delivered, and red for cancelled. A faint line joins it to the pickup suburb.
Pins are placed by suburb, not by street address. If none of your bookings have a location yet, the map says “No bookings with locations yet”.
Alerts & Notifications
Section titled “Alerts & Notifications”Short prompts based on your counts. For example: how many jobs are awaiting action (links to Jobs), how many are moving, a shortcut to Create booking, and a Support card. Its Open help link opens this help panel. Support tickets aren’t available in the portal yet.
