Compliance submissions
Every completed check with its answers, filtered by check, outcome, driver, unit and date — and which questions fail most.
Compliance → Submissions (/operations/compliance/submissions) is the record of every completed check, down to each answer.
Filter
Section titled “Filter”Set any of these, then click Apply. Clear resets them.
- Check: one check, or all.
- Outcome: pass, pass_with_defects, fail, abandoned.
- Driver and Unit: by ID number.
- Since: a start date.
The tiles above the table count Total, Passed, With defects and Failed for the current filter.
Submissions tab
Section titled “Submissions tab”Each row shows when the check was Taken, the Check, the Driver, the Unit, the Outcome and any Defects. Open a row to see:
- When it was taken and when Onyx received it. These differ when the driver was offline.
- The odometer reading, if one was given.
- The outcome and why. If an override changed the result, it says which policy version applied.
- Every question as the driver saw it, marked pass, fail or not answered, with the answer, any note, and any expiry date.
By question tab
Section titled “By question tab”This tab lists every question with how often it was Answered, how often it Failed, and the Fail rate, all for the current filter. Click Who to list the drivers and units that failed it, with their notes. Use it to find, for example, the truck that keeps failing on brakes.
