Quote widget

The quote widget is a form embedded on a website, such as JATT’s or a partner’s. It prices a job without signing in. Your account contact can tell you where to find it.

The widget is separate from the Customer Portal. Quotes made in it don’t appear in the portal. JATT receives them and follows up.

The widget offers two modes at the top: Quick Quote and Detailed Assessment.

Quick Quote

1. Route

• Pickup — start typing a suburb and pick it from the list. Tick Residential Pickup and/or Tail Lift Required if they apply.
• Delivery — the same, with Residential Delivery and Tail Lift Required.

2. Freight Items

For each line, enter:

• Packaging Type — standard freight or a container.
• Units.
• L × W × H in centimetres.
• Weight per unit in kg.

Use + to add a line. All lines must be the same kind: standard freight or containers, not a mix.

If the freight is Dangerous Goods, select its classification.

3. Additional Services

Add any extras from the list.

4. Get Quote

Click Get Quote. Then enter your Company Name, Email Address and Mobile Number, and click Proceed to Review Rates.

5. Review Your Quotation

The review shows your route, freight, any DG classes and services. Under Pricing Options there is one price per service level. Pick one and either:

• Send Email — emails the quotation to the address you entered, or
• Book Quote — continues to the website’s booking page, if it has one.

If the lane can’t be priced automatically, the widget shows Contact us for pricing. Your details still reach JATT, and they contact you with a price.

Detailed Assessment

For freight that needs a person to price it:

1. Enter Business Name, Full Name, Mobile Number and Email Address.
2. Optionally, add Special Instructions.
3. Click Download Template for a CSV to fill in. It’s available once your details are entered.
4. Upload the completed file. At least one file is required.
5. Click Request Assessment.

JATT reviews the request and contacts you.
